Our experienced coaches offer training programs in virtually all athletic events, including Distance/Cross Country running, Sprints, Hurdles, Relays, High, Long and Triple Jumps, Discus, Shot Put and Javelin; year-round.
Workouts are held 5 days/week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (at approx. 5:30pm) and Saturdays (at 9am) at various locations in the West Toronto, but primarily in Centennial Stadium and in the Centennial Park vicinity. Some groups also train at the Toronto Track and Field Center at York University.
Most athletes train 2 to 3 times per week, although even once per week is suitable for beginners. Athletes train for and compete in various associations, – Athletics Ontario, the Minor Track Association, Canadian/Ontario Masters, Special Olympics, Etc., that organize, approve, or sanction, events year-round. Indoor Track season runs from December – March, Outdoor Track season runs from April – July, and Cross Country and cross training season runs from August – November.
Registration is open year-round, and runs yearly from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Complementary Trials are highly recommended before joining. Fill out our registration below and we’ll be in touch to find the best group and schedule to meet your needs!
