Presenting our 2021 cross country program! This program is for athletes of all ages and abilities, and runs from August – December, the schedule is shown below. Parents are encouraged to join as well – it’s a great opportunity to meet other parents and stay active while the kids work out.
Practices are offered 3 days/week with flexible commitment – you train when it works for you. This is a great way for athletes to try out the program. They’ll get fit, have fun and make new friends!
