Elementary (Junior Development)

Our elementary program focuses on athletes under age 14 who may compete in Minor Track Association and Athletics Ontario sanctioned events.  We offer year-round flexible training schedules in sprints and distance, throws and jumps for this group, from beginner tot advanced.  We train at Centennial Park, mostly in Centennial Stadium, using both the track and surrounding park area in the spring, summer and fall.

High School

Our high school program focuses on athletes age 14 and up who also may compete in Athletics Ontario, Minor Track Association or other organizations, in sanctioned events.  Again we offer year-round training in sprints, hurdles and distance, and throws and jumps training with flexible training schedules. 



As we are an all ages club, 6 and up, we also offer 3 types of adult training programs:

a) For the parents and guardians we offer a recreational non-competitive membership which is specifically, but not exclusively, focussed on parents who drop off the athletes and are ok with walking/jogging/exercising or otherwise enjoying the park environment.

b) For a more structured focus we offer a non-competitive adult membership that includes coaching and training facilities, and;

c) For those who want a program to train, improve and compete, representing the club with full uniform, we offer a competitive, fully coached membership.

As all of our memberships are year round from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31; during the winter we use various vicinity locations to train, (schools, gyms and private facilities), as well as the Toronto Track and Field Center at York University.  This keeps our programs, and your continuous improvement, going for the whole 52 weeks.

Below is our core schedule for practices (exact times and locations established by coaches). Typical training duration is ~75 minutes. You are welcome to arrange practices to suit your schedule.


Mondays – 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Tuesdays – 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Wednesdays – 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Thursdays – 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Fridays – 5:30pm – 8:00pm (Strength Focus / Speciality Training only)

Saturdays – 9:00am – 11:00am
