High School Program

Our high school program focuses on athletes age 14 and up who compete in Athletics Ontario sanctioned events.  We offer year-round training in sprints, hurdles and distance, and throws and jumps training during outdoor track season (April – July) for this group, with flexible training schedules.  We train at Centennial Park, using both the track and surrounding park area in the spring, summer and fall, and various locations in the vicinity as well as the Toronto Track and Field Center at York University during the winter months.  To the right is a typical schedule for practices (exact times and locations established by coaches).
