We had another great year for eTrack-coached athletes at the 2019 OFSAA Track & Field Championships! Our athletes came away with three gold medals (including an all-time record in the midget 300h – congrats to Ryder King!), two silver and three bronze medals. They also earned two 4th place, one 5th place, two 6th place, one 7th place and several other final finishes.
Congratulations also to our rookie high jump coach, Paul Galas, who not only contributed to two bronze medals his first time out, but also competed in the invitational high jump Friday night, finishing second only after a long battle in a first place jump-off!
The upcoming championship meets (MTA – Brampton, AO – Windsor, AC – Montreal) and other summer meets look very promising for an outstanding outdoor season!
